You may return most new, unused, non-customized (ie without name or player number added) items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or is a defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days for inbound shipping), the time to process your return once we receive the item (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to proceed.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS - Due to the nature of name or player number customization, we are NOT able to accept returns for these items. Quite often, removing a name or number will destroy a garment rendering it unsellable.  If there is a question of sizing for a piece you want personalized, we strongly recommend contacting us to discuss a product's cut or sizing before placing your order.


Many items in the stores are produced AFTER your order is received, so please allow approximately TWO WEEKS for these items to ship. Certain manufacturers, such as Under Armour, have lengthy fulfillment (if we need to order a blank piece to produce your order), so please allow potentially 3 to 4 weeks for these items to ship.  Expected production time for any product is listed in the item description.

We may collect orders for certain special-order items, produce all these items at one time, and ship as soon as your order is complete.  Order-by and expected ship date for these special-order items can be found in the product description.  There may also be select stock items that are readily available to ship and will have "ships within 1 to 2 business days" in the description.

If you have PAID FOR ONE SHIPMENT or QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING, items will be grouped together in ONE SHIPMENT.  If stock items or short production time items are needed earlier than longer production time or special-order items, please place a separate order for these pieces.

PLEASE NOTE - Utilizing Next Day Air, Express Mail, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select shipping does NOT speed production time of your order. Many items we distribute are custom-made AFTER your order is received. Expected production time for any item is posted in the item description. Your shipping selection is simply time-in-transit TO YOU.


You will be notified by automated email when your order has shipped.  Tracking information can be found in that email or can be found when logging into your account and viewing an order's status.  The moment your order label is printed, the automated email is sent. If you cannot locate your shipment confirmation, please check your spam folder for mail.
